Welcome to New Music Social Club. I’ve always loved discovering new alternative music, but due to work and family commitments taking over, I found myself in a position where I’d completely lost touch with where to find it. A chance conversation and a recommendation opened my ears to some great new artists, and I’m now listening to all sorts of new music, and going to see new bands playing in great little venues. 

Realising that there are a lot of people out there who were in a similar boat to me, I’ve created New Music Social Club as a place to share and discover music. Given that music is subjective, for each artist in profile there will be a list of other artists that we’re reminded of, so you can pick and choose who to listen to, based on your own preferences.

Blogs will appear weekly, with the best new tunes put on a monthly playlist. There's also a bite size play list updated five days a week (the fiver) featuring five of the best new releases.
